Tegernsee Hell is a classic Bavarian Helles brewed by Herzoglich Bayerisches Brauhaus Tegernsee, with a brewing tradition that stretches back to the Benedictine monastery founded at Tegernsee in 746.
Brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law using crystal-clear mountain spring water and carefully selected ingredients, it pours a bright golden colour with a clean and refreshing character.
The palate is smooth and balanced, with gentle malt sweetness, soft bready notes and a restrained hop bitterness that keeps the finish crisp and highly drinkable. Light, refreshing and full of classic Bavarian character, Tegernsee Hell is a flagship Helles and one of the brewery’s best-known beers.
