Gaffel has been brewing in Cologne for over a century, making its name with Kölsch, the city’s protected beer style that can only be brewed in and around Cologne. More recently, the brewery has expanded its range to include a traditional Weissbier, brewed with a high proportion of wheat malt for a naturally cloudy, fruity profile.
