Schlenkerla Rauchbier Weizen is a traditional Bavarian wheat beer brewed with a blend of barley and wheat malt. The barley is made using Schlenkerla’s distinctive smoked malt, while the wheat malt remains unsmoked, creating a balanced smoky character.

Unfiltered and naturally hazy, it undergoes bottle fermentation with fine top-fermenting yeast to develop its full aroma. Expect notes of smoke, soft wheat, ripe fruit and gentle spice, followed by a smooth, refreshing finish. Best served chilled with smoked meats, sausages or hearty Bavarian dishes.
