The Paulaner non alcoholic beer difference

Alcohol free might be the last thing you would expect from Paulaner, but with this Hefe weißbier non alcoholic, you will discover how its big brother – the original Paulaner wheat beer – paved the way to allow it to take its place in the range.

With its typical Weissbier fruity aroma, Paulaner non alcoholic wheat beer contains fewer calories than an apple spritzer, while still having that full flavour that you would expect from a strong bock.

Paulaner is known for creating quite a splash with its wheat beers, which hark back to the 17th century when Paulaner monks brewed a strong bock called Salvator, which set the benchmark for the strong bock range that Paulaner would proudly be part of.

One of the best alcohol free beers

This non alcoholic wheat beer has that delicious signature Weissbier flavour that Paulaner is known for.

With its big, bold flavour, this beer brings a lot to the table in terms of aroma and flavour.

It shows fine notes of fruit, and fine malt aromas with just a touch of sweetness to add to its palate pleasing taste.

A great thirst quencher for summer

What makes this Hefe Weißbier non alcoholic even better is that it is isotonic too.

It is a sparkling choice of first beer and the perfect accompaniment for pairings with fresh summer dishes, making any lunch break one of the most memorable occasions to enjoy with a beer that tastes good and has many vitamins as an extra benefit of this drink.

Made according to German purity law

Paulaner non alcoholic wheat beer is made with traditional Paulaner Weissbier techniques.

This includes carefully removing the alcohol component of the beer with brewing technology once the maturing process is complete.

Despite this de alcoholisation combined process, the beer still retains its refreshing flavour, thanks to handpicked ingredients that include water, malted wheat, malted barley, carbon dioxide from fermentation, yeast, and Herkules hops.

Malt varieties are also carefully sourced and included, such as light wheat malt, dark wheat malt, Pilsner malt (light barley malt), and Munich malt (dark barley malt).

The alcohol removed doesn’t impact the taste of the beer at all, making these non alcoholic beers delicious drinks to enjoy – even straight from the bottle!

Allergy note

Allergy sufferers must remember that Hefe Weissbier flavour contains malt and barley and must exercise caution if they are sensitive to any of these ingredients.

Refreshing and highly praised

As a fine non alcoholic sip curated in a Germany brewery, Paulaner non alcoholic beer provides a refreshing alternative to other wheat beers on the market.

Fortified with folic acid and Vitamin 12, it is low in calories as well, with just a mere 102 kJ per 100 ml.

A pleasing taste from start to finish

With the same full Weissbier flavour and Bavarian taste experience that you would expect from an excellent wheat beer from Germany, this non alcoholic is free from any animal products and is a testament to a brewery constantly improved to make every beer even better.

It is made according to the same traditional brewing methods such as other Paulaner beers.

This non alcoholic gives a full Weissbier experience with a rich mouthfeel, making it a highly praised wheat beer to drink and appreciate.
