World beer championships winners
In 2007, Ayinger earned several accolades in the World Beer Championships.
These include the Celebrator Doppelbock earning highest rated Doppelbock style, Jahrhundert-Bier being named highest rated Munich Helles style, Oktober Fest-Märzen getting the highest rated Vienna Märzen style accolade, and Altbairisch Dunkel named second highest rated Dark Lager style.
Ayinger has also received other notable accolades, with numerous prizes, such as Celebrator Doppelbock being the 2005 Platinum Medal Winner.
In 1994, 1995, 1996, and 1997, it was listed among the top ten breweries in the world.

Leichte Bräuweisse
(3.2% ABV)
This “light draught” has a low wort count and exceptional aroma.
It is exceptionally thirst-quenching and a great choice for calorie-conscious beer lovers who appreciate a full wheat beer taste.
Weizenbock
(7.1% ABV)
This winter beer is brewed using four different malt varieties. Made according to the wort separation method, Weizenbock is a top-fermented and unfiltered wheat bock beer with an alluring golden yellow color.
Urwiesse
(5.8% ABV)
This famous beer style has received a treasure trove of awards, including Gold South German-Style Hefeweizen bernsteinfarben at the European Beer Star 2019 and Country Winner Wheat Beer/Dunkel at the World Beer Awards 2019.
Bairisch Pils
(5.0% ABV)
Ayinger Bairisch Pils, with its fragrant hops, is highly fermented and smooth, with a mild and sparkling body.

Jahrhundert Bier
(5.5% ABV)
Jahrhundert Bier made its debut in 1978. This beer has a slightly flowery yeast aroma with a honey ish aroma, and just a hint of bitterness. It is just a little spicy, providing extra enjoyment from the initial taste to the last.
Brauweisse Hell
(5.1% ABV)
Bräuweisse has scooped several awards, including Wheat Beer/Bavarian Hefeweiss Silver medal at the World Beer Awards Country Winners 2016, Gold and Consumers Favourite/Gold at the European Beer Star 2015.
Kellerbier
(4.9% ABV)
Ayinger Kellerbier offers a nostalgic taste of classic Bavarian beer. It has a fine, yeasty cloudiness and only a touch of bitterness, and thanks to the yeast used for this beer, Kellerbier also offers vitamin and mineral benefits.
Celebrator
(6.7% ABV)
This classic dark doppelbock beer with its malty taste is made according to a monk’s recipe. It is hearty, with a slight coffee tone and a festive foam. The Celebrator has impressed judges at several award ceremonies.
Jubiläumsbier (Unfiltriert)

Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel’s unfiltriert, also called Jubiläumsbier, celebrates Ayinger’s 140th anniversary. It is made according to the traditional double fermentation process at the Ayinger Brewery and is a perfect beer to share among friends.
Frühlingsbier
(5.5% ABV)
This pleasant spring beer is bottled unfiltered at the Ayinger Brewery, giving it notable hops and yeast notes. Available from the beginning of March, this seasonal beer is very drinkable with a signature richness that adds to the enjoyment of this day drink.
Kirtabier
(5.8% ABV)
Another seasonal specialty, Kirtabier from Ayinger Brewery, has a full-bodied, malty beer taste. This beer is brewed especially for Kirchweih in Bavaria and has a delightful sparkle, making it a fantastic brew from the Bavarian south.
Winterbock

Winterbock is a bottom-fermented, dark Doppelbock and seasonal specialty from Ayinger Brewery. This dark beer, with its hints of coffee, is served from November until the end of January. It is a fantastic sip for winter evenings.
